Paul smith Nottingham
Paul Smith are once again selling fur in their Nottingham stores.
In the past they have left the sale of fur to the European market and not in the Nottingham branches knowing that the majority of people think that the sale of real fur is wrong hence why fur farming is banned in the uk on grounds of extreme cruelty.
Paul Smith now think they can get away with the sale of real fur even with the majority of public opinion opposed to the sale of real fur!
Now Paul Smith are one of the very few stores in Nottingham to sell real fur after a successfull campaign in the Nottingham city centre last year.
Demonstrations are to commence in Nottingham outside Paul Smith and any other shop selling real fur in Nottingham!
We will campaign until Nottingham is free from real fur!
Let Paul Smith know what you think of them once again selling real fur in their Nottingham branch.

New National Fur Target - Flannels Group
The Flannels Group have, yet again, broken their pledge of staying fur-free and are currently stocking fox and coyote trimmed jackets in a number of stores, including Leeds and Nottingham.
Over the past five years, the company have issued several policies stating that the items of concern will not be returned to their stores, but yet again this has been swept aside along with the lives of animals killed for those garnments.
Earlier this month, Flannels beleived they would have to file for administration following a downturn in overall income, however enlisted the services of two Deloitte & Tousche partners to sit on their board of management as nominees directors. A 'solution' was brought up which means that Flannels get to keep less than half their income, with the the other 60% going to creditors. Due to this, we are also calling for anti-fur protests outside the offices of Deloitte where the directors who reside on the Flannels board are based.
:: NATIONAL WEEKEND OF ACTION AGAINST FLANNELS ::
Fri 12th - Sun 14th December
Please organise demo's outside your local Flannels store as part of the National Weekend of Action. In the run-up to Christmas, Flannels literally cannot afford to lose custom so it is important that we let their customers make an informed choice about whether to shop with a company continuing to support the fur trade.

Cashe
Cashe are a childrens designer clothes store who unfortunately sell real fur trims coats.
We started our campaign with Cashe towards the end of 2009 and in our first demonstration with them they took all their fur off the shop floor telling us that they will pledge with us not to sell real fur again in their store, On returning with a pledge that the owner said she would be willing to sign she had by then changed her mind saying she will not be signing the fur free pledge.
She told us that the store will still be selling fur online and that she will still sell real fur if people come in and ask for it!
As far as we're concerned Cashe want to make money off the horrific torture and murder of the innocent victims of the fur trade but don't want the bad publicity associated with selling fur!
During our most recent demonstration with Cashe we noticed they had put a few items of real fur back on the shop floor but during the demonstration they took it back off.
After vintage warehouse recently pledging a fur free policy we will be stepping up our campaign with Cashe meeting at least once a week Fridays at 12.30pm outside the store with our banner, posters and leaflets.
As allways please contact Cashe and tell them what you think about them selling fur on their childrens clothing.
